Securities Finance is an integral set of products comprised of Agency Securities Lending, DAIS and Collateral Management. It is utilized by the largest, global Asset Manager and Asset Owner clients in the Securities Services franchise. The role will report to the Global Head of Agency Securities Lending Product.

The specific responsibilities for this role will include:

Be a public face at relevant industry events related to this product.

Drive both excellence and consistency in the way in which clients experience the delivery of Securities Finance products from on-boarding, to change oversight and BAU delivery.

Work with Clients, Product and Technology partners to automate functions wherever possible, remove manual and high-risk activity where it exists in the delivery of the client experience.

Preferable Requirements/Experience

5+ years of experience dealing with both global investors in their capacity as lenders of equities and fixed income securities as well as with global broker/dealers in their capacity as borrowers of equities and fixed income securities.

Intricate and detailed knowledge of practices, procedures and protocols for all aspects of stock lending, collateralization, fail management and risk oversight for securities finance activities.

Knowledge of the technology ecosystem associated with Securities Finance and knowledge of all industry vendors, participants, and technology providers.

Ability to focus on the big picture of Securities Services beyond Securities Finance.

Demonstrated Risk and Control mind-set with an outcome orientation toward remediating risk and establishing a strong control environment.

Ability to work in a very fast paced and complex environment including multi-tasking and a high degree of self-determination

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
