Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive client requirements gathering process and propose and influence target solutions for the client.
  • Ensure client requirements are understood and work with internal partners to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign off on solutions.
  • Own and drive project activities including develop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate negotiating of client legal agreements and execute plans with robust governance and reporting.
  • Actively mitigate and manage project risk by coordinating timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage and motivate virtual working teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Lead project communication to all internal and external parties.
  • Execute post implementation and production satisfaction reviews to continually improve practices.
  • Effectively prioritize, track and report on all projects in the pipeline.
  • Ensure all controls and procedures are complied correctly.
  • Identify potential tactical and strategic improvements to implementation processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ Years in Financial Services particularly Securities Servicing Industry
  • 5+ years in a client facing implementation role or commensurate experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple Securities Services products such as Custody, Fund Accounting & Admin, Securities Lending, Hedge Fund Services and Prime Custody.
  • Contribute to strategy for delivering excellent client implementation service.
  • Experience working with Sales and RFP teams in pre-win phase.
  • Actively represent and champion the Implementation team in the Sales cycle; participate in pitches and lead Implementation dialogue with internal partners and clients across all product discipline.
  • Proactively drive internal team and department wide initiatives as agreed upon.
