In this role, you will:
- Monitor and analyze vulnerability data from internal and external sources (e.g., vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence feeds)
- Coordinate with system owners and technical teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities based on risk and impact
- Track remediation efforts and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and enhance vulnerability management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms
- Provide regular updates and metrics to leadership on remediation progress, trends, and risk posture
- Participate in security assessments, audits, and incident response activities as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture and reduce risk exposure
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or IT operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and remediation workflows
- Understanding of common vulnerabilities (e.g., CVEs, OWASP Top 10) and mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of patch management processes and tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and reporting dashboards

Pay Range
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
