Support major initiatives, organization transitions, leadership changes, and other transformation steps through innovative and effective communication plans that address the needs of varied audiences and stakeholders.
Support cross-company measurement of communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Raise the bar on the quality of communications by guiding content strategies that result in elegantly simple, visually compelling, and easily understandable communications.
Oversee and contribute to editorial planning/development in support of Honeywell’s drive for growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree, and strong, demonstrated experience in external and internal communications in a corporate or an agency environment.
Provides strategic communication counsel to senior leadership, focusing on developing effective strategies and plans that drive results while demonstrating strong storytelling and writing skills.
Utilizes exceptional editing abilities and a hands-on approach to efficiently produce high-quality content that meets deadlines.
Advocates for Inclusion & Diversity in alignment with Honeywell’s core principles, and embraces creative thinking and intelligent risk-taking to enhance communication quality.
Leverages a deep understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Yammer, to promote employee engagement while managing multiple client demands and competing priorities.
