Your Career
You will be part of the IT StratOps, a growing, outcome driven, and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on strategic and exciting projects. In this critical and highly visible role you will be responsible for driving thought leadership, leading strategic planning and setting the rhythm of the business to ensure frictionless execution of IT goals and priorities.
Your Impact
- Support IT leadership in driving annual strategic planning
- Drive the agenda for IT All Hands, QBRs and strategic sessions - You will run these sessions end to end
- Define and manage KPIs, conducting financial, strategic, and operational analysis to drive data driven executive decisions
- Own and manage IT budget in close partnership with FP&A partners
- Ensure alignment across the IT leadership team on organizational goals and ensure execution on those goals
- Identify opportunities and drive operational efficiencies (Streamlining and optimizing processes to scale with IT)
- Strong data analytical skills
- Lead special projects for the CIO
- Liaison between BizOps and IT leadership team to ensure there is a tight alignment between strategy and execution
Your Experience
- Must have 8+ years of experience leading business operations & strategy function in a high tech, hyper growth environment or similar experience in Big 4 consulting is required
- Knowledge of Tableau, and other data analytics tools is a plus
- Prior experience working with senior executives (Sr Director)
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop strong relationships
- Exceptional written & verbal communication(high proficiency in powerpoint is a must) - Candidate should be willing to share samples of previously created content as part of the interview process
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is needed to get things done
- Highly organized, self driven and detail oriented
- Business or MBA degree and Consulting background or equivalent military experience required
- Must be Local to SF Bay Area, who can be onsite HQ 3 days / week

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $122,500/yr to $199,100/yr.
