Establish and enforce the Low Voltage Distribution timeline, aligning with Semi program milestones
Provide stakeholders with clear input on schedules, issues, and deliverables for all
Collaborate with Engineering Leads from Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Integration, and many other teams to drive requirements, decision-making and track deliverables
Highlight risk and opportunities for program or executive reviews and drive improvements
Coordinate engineering requirements with supply chain teams for effective material planning
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication
Coordinate design changes implementation, including change reviews, line trials, and reworks
Facilitate communication between cross functional teams (i.e.: engineering, reliability, supply chain, factory, etc.)
Continuously enhance processes to improve efficiency and promote best practices within Low Voltage Distribution and Tesla
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in hardware development for medium to high-volume industries
Familiarity with CAD programs, ideally CATIA/3DX
Proficient in scheduling software, with MS Projects preferred
Experience in successfully leading a team of Engineers (i.e.: SAE team)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
