  • Reviews transaction documents (merger agreements, engagement agreements, etc.) for each deal to establish an understanding of the structure of each transactions and prepare for the working capital review process.
  • Processes and reviews seller prepared and buyer-prepared working capital statement for alignment with the terms of the transaction agreement.
  • Communicates with the seller senior management throughout the review process and facilitates discussions as needed with buyer contacts and counsel regarding the working capital statements, any proposed adjustments, and the review and analysis of complex transactions.
  • Monitors the progress of client tax matters and coordinates between relevant parties to help ensure client tax obligations are completed timely.
  • Maintains communication with other Fortis teams as needed to complete the working capital review processes or to hand off to once the review is completed. Supports objectives outside of the working capital review process such as client expense reimbursements.

Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)
