What You Will Accomplish:
- Strategic People Business Partner: Understand the business and teams supported, top to bottom. Partner with business leaders to develop business objectives and plans understanding how to craft and implement People strategies to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture are optimized to deliver business results.
- People Program Activation: Understand your organization’s strategic goals and activate the appropriate corporate people programs, strategies and processes pertinent to rewards & compensation, staffing, talent management/OD, employee relations and learning to achieve business results.
- Executive Coaching: Strengthen the senior leadership team of each function by providing mentoring and counseling to senior executives to further develop their leadership capability.
- Organizational Efficiency: Partner with senior executives and leadership teams of the client organizations to design and build organizational capability through to deliver against the strategic goals and objectives of the businesses.
- HR Analytics: Use data to build insights that inform and measure efficiency of people strategies.
- Leadership: Improve People capability by partnering with other members of the People team to develop and implement new and / or improved programs and processes. Bring new People expertise and capability to the eBay People team. Participate in the ongoing development of the People org strategic direction for the business and company.
What You Will Bring:
- Dedicated to our Hybrid work model and working onsite at our San Jose Corporate Headquarters +3 days per week.
- 7-10+ years of human resources experience (people), with experience in an increasingly senior and sophisticated global business environment, influencing and getting results.
- Strong eye for business that includes an extensive knowledge of the technology business, a clear understanding of market trends, competition, company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Adept collaborator with strong leadership skills that include the ability to optimally consult, negotiate, resolve conflict and influence change.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record to design and implement creative processes and solutions that drive business results.
- Proven track record to be a transformational and strategic thought leader.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Standout colleague with the ability to facilitate team building, develop effective partnerships and collaborate with a variety of collaborators at all levels.
- Bachelor Degree; MBA/Masters preferred
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$144,000 - $216,150
