- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience managing a social channel, including developing and leading high-impact social and content strategies and engaging online-communities.
- Experience in program management or project management.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with social media content publishing, calendaring, and reporting tools and other native channel platform tools.
- Experience driving earned conversation on social media and in PR and community engagement.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, collaborate with leaders, and influence across all levels, functions, and geographies.
- Ability to take initiative with an interest in experimental AI and leaps in technology and using AI tools.
- Excellent investigative mindset with quantitative reasoning, creativity, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent creative judgment skills, and comfortable guiding development and activations with external agency partners and internal Google teams.
