Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience
Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments
Adept in specific infrastructure technology and programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)
Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven approach to solving complex challenges
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across systems
A sense of curiosity to future out problems, as well as self-motivation to drive those problems toward solutions
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Understanding of data security and controls

Exposure to managing budgets
Experience leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
