Job responsibilities

• Supports immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
• Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements
• Manages stakeholder relationships in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
• Creates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for the team members and prioritizes diverse representation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Experience managing technologists
• Advanced experience within Oracle HCM Compensation
• Currently has relevant Oracle Certification and/or will obtain the certification within 12 months of hire
• Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
• Practical cloud native experience
• Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Oracle Redwood design system and Visual Builder
• Oracle HCM Compensation Certified
• Implemented HCM Compensation for couple of clients
