As our
Media Manager for Personal Health NORDICS (SE, NOR, FIN, DEN), you will play a key role in shaping how our brands come to life across all paid media channels — both online and offline. Working across categories like Oral Health, Mother & Child Care, Beauty, and Male Grooming, you’ll ensure that our media strategy not only reaches the right people but connects with them emotionally and drives real business impact.
You’ll lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of our 360° campaigns. That means translating category strategies into strong media plans, managing agency partnerships, and continuously optimizing how we show up in media.
You will work closely with our marketing and commercial teams and be a key driver of transformation and innovation within the NORDIC media landscape.
And on top, you will be part of a broader Western Europe media team —sharing best practices, testing new ideas, and driving efficiencies together.
You are the right fit if:
You are passionate media expert and bring 8+ years of experience in media planning, campaign execution, or digital marketing — ideally with agency experience.
You are the Navigator and know your way around media channels and comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager or similar.
You’re analytical, data-savvy, and not afraid to dig into Excel or dashboards to track performance and find opportunities.
You want to work together and act as a real team player, a great communicator and are comfortable working with different stakeholders
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love turning strategy into execution.
You don’t settle for “good enough” — you take pride in excellent execution and deliver media campaigns that drive results.
What you will do:
Plan and run media campaigns across online and offline channels
Translate category strategies into impactful media activations
Monitor and report on campaign performance — and identify how to improve
Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with impact
Support knowledge sharing and upskilling within the media community across Western Europe
Stay up to date on new trends, tools, and technologies that can elevate our media strategy
