Your key responsibilities

As the Security Manager, you will oversee the following processes at a Nordic level within physical security:

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to protect assets, employees, and information.
• Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans, leading the response to security incidents and emergencies.
• Managing Security Operations: Oversee security operations across multiple facilities, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of security measures.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct security training and awareness programs to foster a security-conscious culture.

Being responsible entails developing and maintaining concepts, policies, and guidelines, while driving activities that enhance awareness and behaviors among our people and leadership. Close coordination and stakeholder engagement are essential for success in our complex organization, and some travel may be required.

Skills and attributes for success

• An education or equivalent experience at bachelor’s or master’s degree level
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Project management skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Empathy and great stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (verbal and written)
