The Caption Health SBU focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans. Caption Care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program that leverages Caption AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlier—before undiagnosed issues become serious.
In this role you will:
- Lead clinical and technical discussions during pre- and post-sales engagements including supporting implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure optimal solution configuration to support client needed and scalable delivery.
- Manage ongoing client engagement and support particularly for clinical conversations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Serve as a bridge between clinical operations and business needs, ensuring alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their clinical and business operation's needs.
- Provide input into product development and enhancement based on client feedback and clinical expertise.
Basic Requirements:
- Clinical Degree (ideally RN, NP, or PA) with a minimum of 5-7 years hands-on experience in adult care settings.
- Must be versed in informatics with strong data literacy capable of translating business or clinical needs into technical requirements for product and engineering
- Able to confidently deliver clinical and business values accordingly via live or virtual presence so as to support pre sells convos (clinically and technically) as well as support smooth transition into implementation
- Strong understanding of healthcare business operations with experienced in working in or with primary care, population health, and value-based care (VBC) in the U.S. healthcare system
- Exceptional proactive problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver technical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience optimizing electronic health records (EHR) systems, clinical and business workflows and working alongside healthcare IT.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute care clinical experience may be considered on exception, but ambulatory and in-home care experience are the primary experience desired
- Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience in U.S. Health System payors and leading or delivering clinical/disease management solutions by them or with them
- Experience with AI-enabled healthcare technologies is a plus.
- Open-mindedness and the ability to thrive in an innovative, sometimes ambiguous environment with a focus on compliant scalability.
- Strong self-management skills, familiarity with remote work tools, and the ability to maintain productivity and collaboration in a remote setting.
