5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement with sales/pre-sales stakeholders.
Experience in training, developing, and executing sales enablement programs, learning and enablement content development in different areas impacting sales.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and serving executive level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
Ability to think strategically, take broad ideas and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and then execute those plans.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning and enablement projects simultaneously.
