Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with other team members on the logistical planning of training events and off-site accommodations and management of on-site support staff
- Manage calendars, webcast, in person and virtual session schedules ensuring recording of live sessions as required
- Produce course materials including Power Point presentations, translation, facilitator guides and SharePoint sites as needed
- Collaborate with the team to establish learning requirements, monitor consumption and initiate follow up in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Identify target audience and oversee roster management for learning programs
- Liaise with supporting teams and virtual producers around learning administration.
- Provide support and troubleshooting before, during, and after sessions, including assisting producers and course facilitators to ensure they are ready for course delivery.
- Organize and participate in debriefs with facilitators (and other stakeholders) with focus on continuous improvement
- Compile and summarize learning reports, including Continuing Education (CE) credits, and perform ad hoc analyses as required.
- Contribute to the effective measurement of learning solutions for the portfolio and seek to continuously improve internal practices to best-in-class standards.
- Review invoices and ensure accuracy of coding before sending for approvals and payment
- Manage communications including newsletters, updates to broader team, townhall sessions, SharePoint sites, monitor shared mailboxes, etc.
- Support in compliance requirements reporting in the ISQM process for Tax Learning

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in using Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling presentations that convey complex information in a clear, engaging manner.
- Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint
- Experience working with a LMS is an asset
- This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role.
- Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.
What we offer
The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $65,600 to $98,400. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
