Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading HR programs, teams, and initiatives.
Experience leading a team, including developing a team-wide goal, defining role and responsibilities, and engaging in the career development of direct reports.
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Understanding how to communicate complex changes.
Ability to draw insights from data and metrics, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
