What You'll Do

Fireblocks is looking for a strategic and highly skilled social media leader to develop and execute our end-to-end social media strategy, shaping how we engage with key audiences across platforms. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and community engagement through compelling content and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy that strengthens Fireblocks' presence across key platforms, aligning with business objectives and marketing priorities.
  • Own and manage Fireblocks' social channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, BlueSky, and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement.
  • Create and oversee a social content calendar that integrates thought leadership, product marketing, PR, customer success stories, and industry trends.
  • Craft compelling social content, including posts, threads, visuals, and short-form video scripts that resonate with institutional and enterprise audiences.
  • Develop and grow Fireblocks’ customer social communities, launching and managing channels such as WeChat, Telegram, Discord, forums, and other relevant platforms to foster engagement, collaboration, and advocacy among users.
  • Establish and analyze key performance metrics, using data to refine content strategy, optimize engagement, and maximize audience growth.
  • Lead executive social strategy on social media, partnering with key Fireblocks executives to enhance their presence, craft compelling content, and position them as influential voices in the industry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, content, product marketing, and executive leadership to amplify key campaigns and milestones.
  • Monitor industry trends and conversations to ensure Fireblocks remains at the forefront of relevant discussions, proactively positioning us as a leader in digital asset security and infrastructure.
  • Engage and grow our community, interacting with influencers, partners, and industry voices to build brand affinity and advocacy.
  • Create and manage employee advocacy and recruitment marketing campaigns on social media, ensuring Fireblocks' employer brand is well-represented and attracting top talent.
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, ideally in a high-growth B2B or technology-driven industry.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset—able to develop high-impact campaigns while ensuring flawless day-to-day execution.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences through organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience building and managing social communities (forums, WeChat, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn groups, etc.) and fostering customer engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into engaging, platform-native content.
  • Experience developing and executing executive thought leadership strategies for senior leaders on social media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ownership, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry experience,e but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $110,000-$144,000.

he base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
