- MBA in a related field (e.g., Analytical, Technical, Legal, Operations Management) or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience working in operations, vendor management, or program management
- 8 years of experience in working with international teams and a diversity of global stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing segment GTM for sales or partnerships organizations and working with Product/Biztech/Marketing teams to build experiences for all users
- Experience interacting with senior-level executives
- Knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, YouTube service and support operations, as well as the competitive contexts in which partners operate
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast evolving environment
- Excellent business sense with distinctive problem solving and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
