Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree.
Experience with strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholder management, and project management.
Experience in a Chief of Staff or Strategy and Operations role, or a similar role requiring leadership of varied strategic and operational initiatives while working closely with senior executive leaders.
Understanding of the Media Company (e.g., television, film, sports) and digital distribution ecosystems.
Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details, work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including deck-building skills.
