- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, managing construction, data center or related categories, or 3 years of experience with advanced degree
- Experience with sourcing strategies, RFx (RFP, RFQ, etc.) processes, discussing agreements, supplier evaluations, cost savings, and value creation
- Experience with contract drafting, review, and management ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and partnering with contracting teams and cross-functional partners
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Experience analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category
- Experience developing and managing KPIs/metrics to measure category performance and track progress
- Experience leveraging technology and analytical tools to enhance category management practices and drive data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead strategic projects aimed at improving processes, implementing new strategies, or driving innovation
