- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of work experience, with 5 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories.
- Experience with RFx processes, negotiations, strategies and supplier evaluations within data center or construction related categories.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience in data analysis, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Experience developing and managing metrics measuring category performance and tracking progress towards strategic goals.
- Experience in leveraging technology and investigative tools to enhance category management practices and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead strategic projects or process improvement initiatives, or driving innovation within the category.
