Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute and enhance operational excellence strategy using Lean and Six Sigma tools (Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause and Corrective Action) to foster a continuous improvement culture.
  • Coach and influence management, stakeholders and support operational teams through coaching and mentoring to achieve Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan and key KPIs. Work with the OPEX leader and stakeholders (Customer Care, Inventory and Supply Chain, Finance, Sales…) to drive global Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement.
  • Act as Project Manager for OPEX projects related to organic growth, digital transformation, cost reduction, and cashflow improvement, while managing continuous improvement processes, training teams, and providing performance metrics.
  • Drive and implement Root Cause and Corrective Action, addressing root causes of past due receivables through all business models and GBEs, digital transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Work with SAP and Oracle Data to drive actions and reports, contribute to talent strategy, support succession planning.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • University degree or relevant background in the field of Operational Excellence, Collections, Finance, Logistics and/or Order Management.
  • 3+ years professional experience (Continues Improvement and Quality role); Project Management, Lean Six Sigma applied methodology. Proven experience in operational excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma required; Black Belt / Lean Expert preferred.
  • Strong comprehension of OTC, Collections processes and SAP, Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, training, and mentoring abilities, ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
