Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global technology platforms and reporting tools for the Order-to-Cash global team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and technology platforms.
- Manage a team of technology and reporting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting tools and platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technology platforms, processes, and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and reporting, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technology management, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and managing technology and reporting teams.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with global technology platforms and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
