Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.
- Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the design and delivery of in-person change management training programs and in creating virtual change management training modules.
- Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
- Ability to execute on creating business key messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption, and managing resistance to change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
- Exceptional people management, influencing, verbal and written communication skills.
