The primary focus of the DSOM Solutions Sales Manager is to grow market share by accelerating our SaaS business. In this position you will be working together with the Geo Sales Leadership to drive sales, as well as with the Product Leadership team in driving the strategy for the DSOM Group.
• Leading ACV & Total bookings for DSOM in the region
• Provide accurate and dependable DSOM revenue projections to the senior management including forecasting
• Work with a team of DSOM PAMs aligned to the International Region
• Transform the DSOM solution sales team through continuous field enablement to deliver on the DSOM portfolio
• Drive Pipeline Generation efforts & initiatives
• Present DSOM Vision & Strategy to CXOs and Analysts
• Being actively involved in recruitment and talent attraction to BMC
• Engage with key DSOM customers on senior level to support sales cycles
• Represent customer needs to the Business Unit and provide feedback to keep improving DSOM portfolio and evolving to serve our customers.
• Manage multiple sales motions to include: new logo, additional capacity, and migrations
• Lead by example with the highest integrity and ethics
• Effectively communicate to your team a vision aligned with the organization's mission, strategy and direction
• Take an active role in developing strong relationships with your ecosystem (peer Managers/Solutions Engineering Managers/Corporate Functions)
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and develop referenceable clients’ interaction.
