Responsible for developing and managing engineering / technology projects.
Ensures that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product.
Ability to proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps/delays in program execution.

Drives execution with key GE suppliers to ensure first articles and manufacturing released products are delivered on time with high quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in STEM related field required.
5+ years of engineering experience to drive technical decision making for lower risk programs/projects.
2+ years of experience with project management, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance processes.
Must have experience working with cross functional stakeholders and demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Experience in working in a matrix organization plus strong influencing and negotiation skills.
