As an IT Data & Analytics Senior Specialist in the Reporting CoE (Center of Excellence) within the Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery (GCID) unit, your primary focus will be on transforming data into actionable insights to drive optimal business outcomes and enhance GCID's capabilities. The Reporting CoE serves as the trusted and reliable source for enterprise reporting and dashboard requirements within GCID. Your domain expertise will lie in executive data analytics and reporting for cloud operations (CloudOps) and financial operations (FinOps). This involves leveraging data related to cloud infrastructure, operations, and financial aspects to provide meaningful insights to executive stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
• Designing and developing executive-level interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BWP. Conducting advanced analytics, including statistical analysis, and data mining, to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven discussions and strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective utilization of data and analytics.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the field of data analytics and reporting, and applying them to enhance the Reporting CoE's capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

What you bring

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, preferably in a cloud infrastructure or IT operations environment.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and financial operations metrics and KPI

• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Analytic Cloud and basic knowledge in ServiceNow Reporting is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• SAP HANA Modelling and scripting experience would be added advantage
