What you’ll be doing:
Utilize SFDC to manage the Opportunity Registration
Support EMEA countries – anticipate a shift in business hours
Validate registration requests based on established guidelines
Take appropriate actions based on validation
Coordinate with distribution and channel partners on special pricing
Work with Account Managers to validate end user information
Work with Partner Business Managers for initial engagement with inbound partner program applications
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Build reports to track progress for Opportunity Registration
Manage special projects for program growth
What we need to see:
A passion for technology
Experience maintaining professional relationships
Microsoft Office – including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Very familiar with SFDC
Ability to communicate well via phone and email
Minimum of 2+ years related experience in Channel sales
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Light travel for events and trainings: 5%
Ability to work with a highly collaborative team
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
