This role will require an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Clearance to start employment. Typically, this process can take anywhere between 6 - 8 weeks, however, may vary.

• You have experience workingin a productionenvironment such as a lockbox or some other production environment relatedto the financial industry.
• You're able to be on their feet 8+hours per day and have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• This is a full-time, third shift:Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 pm - 7:00 am.
  First month of training will be day shift hours (typically but not a guarantee) 8-5 M-F.

  Overtime may be required at times, specifically during the IRS peak months. (i.e. April)

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Research exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions.
