Job Description
We're seeking a PART-TIME, 20-hour IRS Operations Processor at out Dalton Street lockbox location. As an IRS operation processor, you will be working within strict deadlines in a fast-paced production environment processing payments received from the IRS doing data entry and mail extraction.This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide.

This role will require an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Clearance to start employment. Typically, this process can take anywhere between 6 - 8 weeks, however, may take longer.

  • This is a PART-TIME 20-hour position. Theschedule will be Mon, Thurs, and Fri. 8am-4:30pm. During peak months, there is a chance for a request to work extra hours.

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction over the phone or email. May have direct contact with third-party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions.


Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of related work experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
