Responsibilities :

• This role is responsible for managing Cloud project delivery and programexecution.
• Exposure to Cloud(AWS, AZURE, GCP), IOT. Control Systems domainknowledge preferable.
• In this role the PM would be driving the Engineering team on the proofof conception, building integration of new panels/features in product Road mapsby working with the GBE PMO and Offering teams to drive robust productizationand commercialization.
• Drives the translation of business case / concept into engineering deliverablesand implementation plan. Performs estimation, balances technical risks /dependencies, and manages costs, resources, vendors, etc. during the detailedplanning phase.
• Uses a Line-management focus to drive the right engineeringresults, and achieve readiness for launch, with the right metrics and toolsthat provide high predictability and quality to stakeholders and senior execsalike.
• Playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriatepeople, technology, process, and tools, and coaching members of the team as needed tooptimize the efficiency of the project team
• Demand generation, Revenue generation & tracking during and after the Launch.
• Works with Product Management, Business & Finance to measure outcomesagainst goals Critical Targets to meet.

Qualifications :

• Graduate in Engineering, or Masters, with 10-16 Years. ofexperience 4 – 8 years in program management.
• Experience in project management activities with Cloud, Agile, exposure toroles such as Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer / Release Train Managerpreferred.
• Exposure to tools such as Jira / Rally or equivalent, MicrosoftProject, Configuration Management, CI, CD , Vision, and all Office Tools
• Experience in managing culturally diverse and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of managing cloud projects from initiation till deploymentand deliver right value to customers.
• Nice to have experience in managing complex program and productdeliveries creating incremental revenue impact as per the business case.
• Desired Certifications: PMI-ACP/ CSM / CSPO / PMP / IPMA / PRINCE

Good to have:

• Plans and executes with project management principles / practices;drives estimation, dependencies,
  milestones and integration goals
• Expert on Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum / SAFe), CI/CD.
• Should work with Engineering and Business leaders to driveMake-vs-Buy decisions to optimize the ROI and time to market.
• Understands markets, finance and business needs.
• Proficient in negotiation and influencing in a global setup;presents the problem and solution eloquently to help arrive at stakeholderconsensus.
• Follows a structured problem-solving approach; demonstrates agility andalacrity in execution and decisions.
