Establish a deep understanding of Apple Retail payment programs, platform capabilities, legal and compliance requirements.Develop merchandising plans and author creative briefs for new assets, landing pages, and customer messaging.Define requirements for merchandising tools and platforms that enable new programs, financing terms, and pricing strings for Apple products across apple.com (http://apple.com/) and the Apple Store app.Gather data analysis/insights from various sources including sales data, site engagement metrics, customer chat and survey data, to inform business optimizations and drive conversion.
- 5-8 years experience in digital on-site marketing or digital merchandising.
- Outstanding teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate closely and gain alignment with teams including creative, analytics, commercial programs, and product management.
- Ability to analyze data, and present findings through storytelling.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech industry.
- Experience with merchandising financing or payment programs a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working on complex, global, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred, MBA a plus.
