- Generate reports and analyze the performance of the store to extract actionable insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and plans.
- 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketing, customer experience, digital merchandising, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Chinese
- Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.
- Knowledgeable of China E-Commerce marketplaces
- BA/BS in related field
- Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of China e-commerce platforms, regional retail trends, including shopping behaviors, consumer preferences and conversion optimization strategies.
- Familiar with using platform analytics reporting tools, Adobe analytics and Tableau
