Description
- Responsible for tester recruitment and engagement, day-to-day testing operations, and communication to project stakeholders during UAT and PVT.- Define, document and communicate test plans, including target completion dates and test cases that thoroughly test the product in order to reveal potential defects, based on requirement and design review sessions.- Clearly document and track defects with our engineering partners, striving for stability and quality for our retail systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years experience, working directly with Retail Systems (e.g. Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Service Management, Assortment & Planogram management, CRMs, etc.)
- 1+ years experience with User Acceptance Testing or Software Development Lifecycle, in a corporate setting, leading cross-functional projects from vision to execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate deep problem solving, time management and analytical skills
- Awareness of different software development models
- Experience supporting peers in projects related to system deployments and business process re-engineering initiatives
- Meticulous with excellent communication and organizational skills; outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, prioritize projects, and change course based on business needs or environmental conditions
