- This role typically requires 10+ years of work experience in strategy, finance, or business development role in a Retail-centric environment; 8+ years related experience with a strategy consulting firm or investment bank, and/or experience as a Chief of Staff at a large organization

- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization
- Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent Keynote / Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years people management experience
- Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and tracking key business data
- Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
- Exceptional influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels
