• Support in production sustaining (yield, utilization, quality and OEE) through performing machine maintenance, conducting quality check (KPIV/KPOV) and executing problem-solving activities.
• Perform engineering evaluations for continuous improvement (Co-ordinate, Communicates and Execution).
• Perform follow up (compliances, data collection, on engineering activities to ensure minimum interruption.
• Collaborating with other departments on engineering activities.

Academic Qualification :

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.

Required:

• 1 - 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, initiative, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Positive attitude and ability to act as team player.
• Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, company policy and accepted safe work practices.
• Knowledge / Trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 and BCMS 22301 standards will be an added advantage.
