In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
- Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of process improvement and facilitation across multiple teams and systems (i.e. SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and good experience with MS Office suite of tools (i.e. PPT, Excel)
- Proven experience in developing and managing identity proofing and authentication solutions for account onboarding, with a focus on fraud prevention and expanding the business portfolio.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
- Experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers
- Knowledge & understanding of measuring & presenting key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Ability to develop, automate, and streamline reports, analytical scorecards, and business reviews
- Excellent written & verbal communication at all levels
- A BS/BA degree or higher

Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
