We are committed to providing end-to-end logistics and fulfillment solutions to help businesses optimize their supply chains, scale operations with precision and reliability and drive both topline and bottom-line growth. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a strategic, operationally-focused leader to join our team as the Sr Mgr. of GTM Business Operations. Key job responsibilities

- Drive sales forecasting and planning Software Integration Program Management CRM System Development
Strategic Leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degrees a plus.
- 10+ years in business operations, sales operations, or program management preferably with a focus on Amazon fulfillment (FBA, Seller Central, etc.).
- Proven expertise in software integrations, particularly with Amazon’s fulfillment systems and third-party tools.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in managing logistics and fulfillment operations, including bulk distribution, freight, warehousing, and multi-channel fulfillment services.
- Experience in developing integration documentation that accelerates prelaunch validation and client onboarding.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

In-depth knowledge of Amazon-specific tools, APIs, and technologies (e.g., Amazon MCF, Amazon Seller Central, FBA).
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment industries.

The base pay for this position ranges from $180,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $312,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
