We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management. Global Business Services center located in Krakow provide global support for our line of business and corporate teams in the following areas:

- Accounting
- HR
- IT
- Procurement
- Payroll
- Project Management
During your internship in our General Ledger team, you will be involved in:
- Analyzing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Verifying if we have received an invoice for each proforma invoice
- Analyzing the intercompany invoice payment report and retrieving copies of invoices for a given period and distributing them
- Updating payroll reports for an external service provider
- Verifying data in the financial asset management system
- Setting up users in the ARCS system and making changes
- Preparing a monthly analysis for the tax team
- Checking the fixed assets register and verifying if they are current and reliable
- Quarterly reporting of leases
- Supporting the department in other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field of study
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Eager to learn and gain experience in Finance and Accounting
- Well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
- Availability to work min.15 hours per week
