Role is directly reporting to International Head of Regulatory Reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Timely and accurate delivery of reports under production responsibility
• Implementation of standard controls with timeliness and completeness, in line with control guidelines and policy requirements
• Timely escalation of issues to appropriate management and stakeholder levels
• Monitor team capacity, taking necessary precautions to prevent issues due to capacity problems.
• Lead, sponsor, support initiatives for increasing control quality and production efficiency.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to create a constructive and efficient relationship.
• In line with Citi’s standards engage with direct reports regularly and support them to be effective managers of managers.
• Invest time in direct reports’ individual development.
• Through skip level meetings and any other appropriate method, ensure managerial and staff issues are identified across the team and actions are taken.
• Keep open communication channels, keep team up to date and informed about decisions impacting their work.
• Focus on talent management and management of low performing employees, ensure relevant actions are taken timely as needed.

What we’ll need from you:

• 12+ years of experience including financial/regulatory reporting, automation / change initiatives, management reporting
• Experience in manager / manager of managers capacity
• Stakeholder management experience
• Ability to present and influence across organization level and functions
• Ability to translate strategy into execution
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• With a sense of urgency, ability to manage with agility and make decisions to prioritize appropriately in the face of competing challenges
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to understand and analyze complex variables and come up with data-based proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
