Deliver organisational strategy with a clear understanding of the industry trends, economic sectors and market dynamics that drive the strategic imperatives of the business.
Continually reviewing business plans against the organisation’s strategic mandate.
Collaborate with customers to implement new solutions (e.g., digital business models, predictive manufacturing/service, blockchain). Supports the "up-sell" of opportunities along with the operations and sales team.
Manage the full range of field service delivery processes and ensures that customer expectations are met.
Identify any improvement opportunities and implement measures to consistently improve. Implement potential risk mitigation strategies and allocations to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.
Delegate work packages within project team, synchronize workstreams and coordinate interfaces in regard of work results.
Continuously controls project status through a structured review process with respect to goal achievement, potential risks, and change requests; and takes appropriate measures to keep projects on track.
Build relationships with key customers at senior and Director levels.
Actively gathering and leveraging information to understand current and emerging customer business priorities, problems, expectations, and needs.
