Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports all aspects of customer marketing in Mexico
- Implement high impact customer marketing strategies.
- Help defining campaign analytics and ongoing program measurement and communication, with the goal of optimising programmes to drive conversions and accelerate velocity through each stage of the customer sales funnel.
- Supports execution of targeted customer marketing programs and tools to launch products and to increase the cross- and upsell business in Mexico
- Consolidates the various customer lifecycle marketing programs for Mexico.
- Oversees the quality and consistency of all customer references.
- Expand the SAP reference program to all of SAP Concur LAC.
- Ensures an increase of the reference database in LAC, creates a sense of customer community in the region, whilst increasing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate production of customer case studies and videos for smaller markets without dedicated customer marketing resource.
- Works closely with local customer/client marketers and marketing functions such as Campaigns, Digital, Events or ABM and ensure best practice sharing.
- Works closely with local client sales and product marketing teams in region to understand sales strategies, the market environment and customer business needs.

- Add-On Pipeline generation SW $ARR and units for Mexico

- #Conversion volumes and conversion rates from demand gen campaigns
