In this role, you will…
- Open and manage purchase requests and orders, working with budget control, expenses and contracts’ monitoring in our internal systems, acting on problem solving to ensure processes are timely processed and in compliance.
- Help budgeting printed materials, working on translation content review and participating in briefings with agencies, of all marketing materials assigned.
- Execute proper and timely distribution of marketing materials to customers and sales teams, following internal procedures.
- Work with the development of various communication materials related to iTero in different languages like Portuguese, English and Spanish.
- Validate and approve content, posts and communication materials (leaflets, videos, etc.) with internal areas.
- Work actively on the organization and execution of iTero events.
- Be in charge of conducting special projects, with supervision, or support the launch of new products or work on systems enabling.
- Support the Sales Team with iTero workflow information.
- Provide appropriate reports to management and other stakeholders, working on dashboards, KPI analysis and insights.
- Other duties may be assigned according to business dynamics and needs.
In this role, you’ll need …
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or related areas.
• Minimum 2+ years working experience of marketing within health care, medical device, capital equipment or dental industry.
• Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary organization.
• Advanced spoken and written English; Spanish is desirable.
• Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs, presentation skills.
• Fast learner of new technologies, familiarity with technical understanding of products and workflows related to iTero (Scanner and Lab).
• Excellent Communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft tools, mainly excel and power point, Protheus, ASANA and Power BI will be a plus.
