Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
3 years of experience in translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
Experience in managing research and measurement agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of measurement marketing process.
Ability to narrate stories through data.
Ability to analyze datasets and translate them to insights.
Ability to prioritize requests and work in an environment with engaging demands from multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work cross functionally with marketing and business stakeholders with excellent communication, thinking, and problem solving skills.
