iTero Services Solutions Manager position is a strategical part

In this role, you will…

LATAM iTero Service Plan

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and control across all involved areas including distributors, in a end-to-end approach, to deliver best service level to internal and external customers aligned with Business Strategy.
  • Leadthe development and the implementation of automatized solutions, bringing innovation aligned with Business strategy.
  • Establish and implement service governance: Roles and responsibilities KPI’s, reports and rituals to deliver full control from operational, financial and also to increase service level to Customers.
  • Identify and lead plans to mitigate operational, compliance and financial issues with support of aside areas.

LATAM iTero Pos-Sales service integration

  • Establish and implement an E2E service governance in partnership with related areas such as Customer Success, iTero clinical, Marketing, Finance, Supply chain, Sales and Distributors) through Roles and responsibilities, KPI’s tracking, reports and rituals to deliver integrated approach and visibility of performance progress as ONE Align.
  • Lead projects across key areas to mitigate and/or eliminate the gaps from Customer Experience and business requirement perspective.

LATAM itero & Exocad Rental service / Trade-in

  • Define & implement governance, roles and responsibilities to ensure appropriated coordination and control of contracts, commercial rules, contract EOS/EOService (end of contract services) tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate payment exceptions in rental.
  • Counter part contracts governance.

Itero Projects

  • Lead iTero Projects as part of the team to ensure feasibility, integrated view and E2E approach along POS sales.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • To hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Administration / IT or correlated areas; Post-graduation is desirable• Be Fluent in English and Spanish• +7 years experience in Supply Chain or Customer Experience, or any other Service Area where the person was responsible for a similar scope
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and behaviors through successful management of projects, people, and/or teams including stakeholders management• Executive communication
