What You’ll Do:
• Shape digital channels strategy based on market insights.
• Drive digital capabilities adoption within the Business Unit as a cross-functional team member.
• Deliver educational digital content and omnichannel campaigns (email marketing, website, omnichannel features of CRM tool, webinars etc.) targeted at healthcare professionals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Conduct A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results.
• Set and achieve digital KPIs, share campaign status in cross-functional team meetings, and provide insights for campaign evaluation.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of digital advertising campaigns
• Actively participate in digital transformation within the organization.
• Identify opportunities to optimize brand communication in digital channels.
• Manage budget for digital marketing activities.

You should apply if you have:

• University degree (Bachelor's a minimum) from an accredited university (marketing, communications or related field is an advantage)
• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience from Pharmaceutical industry is welcomed but not obligatory


• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO and display advertising, etc.
• Familiarity with targeting and segmentation strategies to reach specific audiences.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and software such as marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms is a huge advantage.


• Ability to develop and execute outcome-driven digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, optimization and evaluation of campaigns.
• Proven Performance Marketing experience – driving measurable results and achieving KPIs, such as conversion rates, click-through rates etc.
• Analytical skills to measure and report campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
• Ability to think strategically about digital campaigns, identifying opportunities and providing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into digital campaigns, ensuring a competitive edge.

• DIMAQ certificate is an advantage, but not mandatory
