What you'll do:
- Program management - Manage the execution of a strategic program in partnership with cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc.)
- Build and maintain reporting to track progress across a variety of top line and operational metrics
- Market intelligence - Monitor macro and competitive trends in key markets, and develop recommendations for how to respond – through commercial levers, product innovation, etc.
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or related field
- Experienced SQL user or similar query language
- Bachelor’s degree
- English proficiency is a must. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders
- Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Skilled in synthesizing information quickly to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
- Experience building deep relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating their concerns and successfully advocating for your priorities
- Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
- B2B Experience is an asset, but not required
