This role is well suited for a self-starting independent thinker who loves solving problems, managing complex projects, and learning new subject matter areas.
- Design and review of Compliance Testing and risk Risk Assessments- Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for executives- Assist in producing management-level reporting that captures dense information to report on results and drive solutions- Present to leadership in a compelling and succinct manner
- 15+ years of compliance, risk, or audit leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of key financial services regulations including those overseen by the CFPB
- Ability to manage decentralized team focused on results
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand business and technology-related processes and identify risks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
