Description
Execution of compliance testing Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for executivesAssist in producing management-level reporting that captures dense information to report on results and drive solutionsUndertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of compliance, risk, or audit experience with the ability execute testing
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of key financial services regulations including those overseen by the CFPB
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand business and technology-related processes and identify risks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
- Creativity to go beyond the obvious to find and deliver the best solution to the problem
